About

Ponce Studio was founded by Pelin Once, an architect and fashion designer. After graduating from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in 2015, she worked in several architectural studios in Paris until 2019, gaining experience across different architecture and design scales. During the pandemic period, she questioned her passions and purpose in life and decided to be more creative and experimental. In April 2023, she launched her design firm in her hometown of Izmir, after creating her first design product - Wada Lamps.

 

Philosophy

 

Ponce Studio has created a collective of 10 local women talented artisans, aiming to be experimental in the field of design furniture while also continuing its architecture activities. We aspire to create artistic furniture and extraordinary spaces that inspire, are colorful, and fun.
